I’m very pleased to announce that a recent project is almost complete! A few months back, I was hired by an amazing Romanian chef and inventor, Lumi Dragan, to make a cookbook and calendar. The media is intended to be a reward for backers to her Kickstarter campaign that intends to raise money for mass production of one of her many inventions, a temperature controlled double boiler that fits in a mixing bowl, aka the EZ Master Master Mixing Bowl.
The project is very close to my heart as I’ve spent countless weeks making the trek to her south east home to photograph dish after scrumptious dish of traditional Romanian food. Then I put them all together and did all the layout, art direction and a bit of editing for the 75 recipe cookbook and 2013 calendar. It hasn’t been printed yet but it’s so exciting to see everything finally coming together on Kickstarter. Yay!
So if you’re dying to get a copy, a $15 donation will get you the calendar and $35 will get you a cookbook. For $40 you can get it autographed by Lumi, but if you get it and show it to me, I’ll give you my autograph for FREE!!! Wowsers.. what a deal!!
